The ampersand in our logo is important because it represents the two sides of Neat & Noir.
In terms of libations, the neat represents traditional cocktails (eg. Whiskey Neat) and the Noir, which is French for black or dark, represents the coffee portion of our cocktails.
In terms of ambience, neat represents the lively and bright atmosphere our space provides during the day and noir represents the more lounge and dark like atmosphere our spaces provides at night.
